Buyer Protection Guarantee
All transactions on Zhongbobo are protected by our Trade Assurance program. If your order doesn't meet the agreed specifications, you're eligible for a refund.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:
- Product received is significantly different from the description
- Product is defective or damaged upon arrival
- Order was not delivered within the agreed timeframe
- Supplier fails to ship the order
- Quality does not match the agreed specifications
2. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact the supplier directly through our messaging system within 30 days of delivery
- Step 2: Provide clear evidence (photos, videos, documents) supporting your claim
- Step 3: If no resolution is reached, open a dispute through our platform
- Step 4: Our team will review the case and make a decision within 7 business days
3. Refund Methods
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfer: 7-14 business days
- Alipay: 3-5 business days
4. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be issued when:
- Only part of the order is defective or incorrect
- You agree to keep the product at a reduced price
- Return shipping costs are deducted from the refund
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Customized or personalized products made to your specifications
- Products damaged due to buyer's misuse or negligence
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Services already rendered (inspection, shipping, etc.)
6. Sample Orders
For sample orders:
- Sample fees are generally non-refundable
- Shipping costs for samples are non-refundable
- Sample fees may be credited toward bulk orders with the same supplier
7. Return Shipping
If a return is required:
- Supplier error: Supplier pays return shipping
- Buyer preference: Buyer pays return shipping
- Items must be returned in original condition and packaging

If you're unsatisfied with a refund decision, you may:
- Request a review by a senior member of our team
- Provide additional evidence to support your case
